THE BUCS FIRE HEAD COACH AND HIRE LOVIE SMITH

As of December 30th the Tampa Bay Buccaneers made the decision to fire head coach Greg Schiano and replaced him with ex Bears Head Coach Lovie Smith after a 2 year losing record with the Bucs. Schiano just didn't have what the bucs needed to get these wins . Along with Greg Schiano being fired the Bucs GM Mark Dominik was also fired. Hopefully with the new Head Coach we can see a change in the wins that the bucs have. Because when Lovie Smith coached for the Bears they advanced to the playoffs many times. Lovie turn up the bucs this season.... #TAMPATURNUP
